Dear Fellow Democrat:
In recent years, the Pennsylvania Federation of Democratic Women (PFDW) has endeavored to help competent Democratic women and statewide candidates get elected to public office. We have contributed thousands of dollars to women running for elected office, as well as statewide candidates, and have also assisted them in many other ways.
We are interested in assisting you in your campaign. Enclosed please find a copy of our Political Action Committee (PAC) guidelines and application for your use. Please fill the application in completely with the requested information and return it to the address at the end of the application along with a signature (as a recommendation) from a PFDW member, using certified mail if you wish proof of mailing. This application must be postmarked by August 22, 2008. No faxes will be accepted. Applications postmarked after August 22nd will not be considered for PAC funds.
