WOMEN OF THE YEAR
Criteria for Woman of the Year Nominee
All aspects of the criteria must be met to be a qualified nominee and placed into nomination. The PFDW is honored to continue the tradition that Eleanor Roosevelt originated by honoring accomplished women.
· A member of the PFDW
· Encourages membership and involvement in the PFDW
· Show personal contributions to the PFDW as well as the Democratic Party
· Must submit a completed nomination form with attached resume, by the specified deadline for consideration.
For consideration, please complete the following:
· A completed nomination form (A resume will be requested after nominees are chosen)
· Nomination criteria submitted by the DEADLINE May 19, 2012 for consideration.
All aspects of the criteria must be met in order to be a qualified nominee and placed into nomination. One criteria alone will not assure your nomination.
